The Revolution 235 CP is an updated and upgraded version of the proven 230 equipped with new features to make it even easier to fly, plus more capable and more durable than ever before. It features exclusive and innovative SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology that offers angle limits and improved self-leveling to help prevent crashes in Normal mode, and no limits in all other flight modes – plus Panic Recovery to “bail out” at the push of a button if you ever need it!

It allows you to choose a convenient and money-saving Spektrum Powerstage bundle or the separate battery and charger you prefer. Plus the included Spektrum DXS 2.4GHz transmitter can be used with other Bind-N-Fly (BNF) and BNF Basic aircraft after you learn to fly the Revolution 235 successfully! A Bind-N-Fly (BNF) Basic version is also available for pilots who want to use their current Spektrum transmitter along with Smart or non-Smart batteries and chargers they may already own. And both versions include a Spektrum flybarless flight controller and receiver loaded with a Smart Transmitter File that allows you to import all settings for NX and iX series transmitters during the binding process to make it easier and faster to get flying with your favorite or upgraded transmitter.

This Ready-To-Fly (RTF) Basic version includes a Spektrum DXS controller/transmitter equipped with industry-leading DSMX 2.4GHz technology and everything else you need to fly except for a rechargeable lithium polymer (LiPo) battery and charger for the helicopter. The convenient and money-saving Spektrum Powerstage 1 bundle (SPMXPSA100) includes a compatible 3S 850mAh Smart G2 LiPo battery, an IC2 to IC3 adapter, and an S120 Smart charger that can be used with a variety of USB power sources. Or you can choose the separate 3S 850mAh (or similar) battery and compatible charger you prefer!

Exclusive Technologies

The factory-installed and expertly-tuned AR6250MHXD flybarless flight controller features exclusive Spektrum AS3X and SAFE technologies. Telemetry Capable

The Revolution 235 is equipped with a Spektrum Smart ESC, flight controller, and a receiver that provides – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – real-time overall flight battery voltage, motor RPM, and other telemetry information to compatible Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (including the DXS, DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 to 20, the iX12 to 20, and others) while you fly.

Learn to Fly Successfully with SAFE® Technology

If this is your first RC helicopter, Horizon Hobby-exclusive SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology prevents over-control and crashes while also offering multiple flight modes to deliver more control and capabilities as your skills progress:

Normal (SAFE) Mode

In this flight mode, the helicopter has pitch and bank angle limits to prevent over-control that can result in a loss of orientation and crashes. When the control sticks are released, the helicopter automatically returns to level flight on its own allowing you to relax and enjoy just 'steering' the helicopter through the sky rather than focusing on keeping it level. This flight mode also makes it much easier to take off and land!

Stunt/Idle Up 1 (AS3X) Mode

There are no pitch or bank angle limits in this flight mode so you have complete control! The head speed is higher and more constant than in the Normal mode which allows you to fly inverted (upside down) and perform basic aerobatic maneuvers including loops, rolls and more.

Stunt/Idle Up 2 (AS3X) Mode

In this flight mode there are no limits and the head speed is even higher so you can perform more aggressive and 3D aerobatic maneuvers.

Panic Recovery

If you lose control of the helicopter in the Stunt/Idle Up flight modes, simply press and hold the Panic Recovery button or switch to Normal mode and release the right-hand control stick. SAFE technology will automatically return the helicopter to upright and level flight!

Durable Precision

The upgraded digital, metal-geared cyclic servos along with an updated frame design featuring optimized servo and improved rotor head geometry, an aluminum swashplate and rotor head block deliver added durability, precision, and capabilities.

Collective Pitch

The CP (Collective Pitch) main rotor mechanics offer smooth control to deliver a unique blend of hovering, sport, and aerobatic flying capabilities you can't get with FP (Fixed Pitch) mechanics.
